改善了化學(xué)兼容性的密封
MaxAirmm海底閥符合AP1 1004EN13083標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。他在苛刻的環(huán)境中經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試，可以承受-40C到66C的溫度。
所有MaxAir”海底閥都帶有一個(gè)緊急切斷槽，出廠還裝有熱(熔)安全塞，以及一個(gè)當(dāng)失去氣壓時(shí)用以手動(dòng)打開的插拔螺桿。這種耐用、開孔的設(shè)計(jì)縮短了裝料、卸料、維護(hù)的時(shí)間，因此，裝備了MaxAir網(wǎng)的罐車可以有更多的時(shí)間執(zhí)行運(yùn)輸。

MaxAir 5"x4" High Performance Crude Oil Internal Valve
Civacon's MaxAir HP 5"x4" Air Operated Emergency Valve is suitable for both petroleum and crude applications. The MaxAir? HP Series valves are uniquely engineered with no moving parts in the flow path for a superior flow rate.
Civacon's 5x4 MaxAir HP High Performance Emergency Valve is designed with an independent external exhaust, which isolates the valve exhaust from the rest of the system. This valve is compatible with diesel, biodiesel, gasoline, ethanol and methanol. The Viton GFLT seal provides ultimate product compatibility.
This valve features an integrated air inlet that allows the unit to close if it becomes sheared in the result of an accident. It incorporates a frangible shear groove per 49CFR178.345-8 tested per TTMA RP 84. A factory installed fusible plug that will melt at a temperature of 212° F(100° C) allowing the valve to deplete air pressure. Also included is a mechanical jack screw for manual operation in the event of air pressure loss.
Operating Pressure Requirements: Minimum of 70 psi (4.83 bar) operating line pressure to open the valve against 35 psi (2.41 bar) tank pressure for crude applications. 30 psi (2.06 bar) minimum operating line pressure for petroleum applications.
The MaxAir? HP High Performance Emergency Valve conforms with API 1004 and EN 13083 standards.
